The above 2 sentences can be used in almost the same meaning. But the former is an imperative form and the latter is just a predicative statement.

Have you been aware the possibility that good and evil contains orders?

If you were not aware of that, you might have a mental illusion, that says, "No order is perceived, though there really is an order."
