Construction problems of a power plant and an airport have occurred. Where will they be developed?
One day, it was decided to build a new power plant and an airport in the village.
However there was a concern. Nobody wants to build them near his/her house. So their locations were to be decided democratically by majority rule.
As the outcome of the vote, it was decided to build them in the areas that have populations of 7 and 8 respectively.
The writer has no intention to argue if a power plant (including a nuclear power station) or an airport (including a military base) is good or bad in this picture book.
